RETURNS
We do not accept returns during this time of a continuous pandemic outbreaks to ensure the safety and proper sanitation of our products.
If we do approve a courtesy replacement/return, there is a $25 restock fee.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
When placing an order, please ensure the order is correct before submitting it at checkout.
If you have placed an order in error, we allow up to 24 hours after order is paid to request an order cancellation.
If you request a cancellation AFTER 24 hours from the time the order was processed and paid, we cannot honor your cancellation request.
Our items are hand made and produced, therefore products cannot be cancelled once our production process begins.

EXCHANGE POLICY
• Merchandise must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed without any signs or smell of usage.
• Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be exchanged.
• Hats, earrings, underwear, swimwear cannot be exchanged.
• Customer agree to pay shipping fees to process exchanges.
ORDER DELIVERY
Salaams Sis!Just a reminder that you will receive your order anywhere from 7-14 business days from the date that your order is placed (depending on product availability). After your payment is authorized and shipment is packed, you will receive a shipping notification email that will provide a tracking number for your shipped item(s).

IN STOCK items will ship IN STOCK items will ship within 5-7 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Pre-Made items take up 7-14 business days to complete processing and handling. Orders will be delivered the next business day on Sunday or major holidays.
