Returns
Due to our products being custom made in-house with limited styles and sizes, we do not accept returns at this time.
Exchanges
A request for exchange will need to be sent by email within 15 days after delivery to contactus@hijabipop.com. Any item that is being exchanged more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contactus@hijabipop.com, wait to receive a confirmation number for the exchange, and then send your item to: Hijabi Pop, LLC., 599 Drake Woods Road, Danielsville, GA 30633.
Once your exchange request (along with product) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue a refund within 24 hours.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged., unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
